Child Safety Standards

These Child Safety Standards apply to BAGALEPA - Patidar, a community-based social networking application operated by RelieveX Labs for members of the 22 Gam Leuva Patidar Samaj.
RelieveX Labs is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), or any activity that sexually exploits or endangers children.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAE and CSAM
BAGALEPA - Patidar strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). The following activities are not permitted:
- Creating, uploading, possessing, sharing or distributing CSAM.
- Sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
- Grooming or attempting to establish inappropriate sexual relationships with minors.
- Sexual solicitation, harassment or exploitation of minors.
- Sexual extortion, blackmail or threats involving children.
- Human trafficking or any form of child exploitation.
- Sharing sexualized images, videos or content involving minors.
- Encouraging, promoting or facilitating child abuse or exploitation.
2. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report inappropriate posts, profiles, comments, chats and user behaviour through the reporting mechanisms available inside the BAGALEPA application.
Users can also report suspected child exploitation, CSAM or other child safety concerns directly to our child safety team:

Please provide relevant details and links or identifiers associated with the reported content where available. Do not download or redistribute suspected CSAM as evidence.
3. Moderation and Enforcement
BAGALEPA - Patidar is a moderated community platform. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours by our moderators or administrators.
Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may:
- Review reported accounts, posts, messages and activities.
- Remove content that violates our child safety standards.
- Restrict, suspend or permanently terminate violating accounts.
- Take appropriate action to prevent further harmful activity.
- Preserve relevant information where legally appropriate.
- Report suspected CSAM and child exploitation to the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.
4. Child Safety Point of Contact
RelieveX Labs designates a child safety point of contact responsible for receiving child safety reports, coordinating investigations and responding to relevant child safety inquiries.

5. Compliance with Applicable Laws
RelieveX Labs is committed to complying with applicable child protection, child safety and online safety laws and regulations.
We will cooperate with relevant law enforcement agencies and child protection authorities in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
6. Community Safety and Prevention
We encourage all BAGALEPA - Patidar members to use the platform responsibly, report suspicious behaviour and respect the safety and privacy of other community members.
We regularly review our moderation practices and child safety standards to improve the safety of our platform.
7. Scope and Updates
These standards apply to all users, content, interactions and activities conducted through BAGALEPA - Patidar. We may update these standards when necessary to maintain a safe community and comply with applicable requirements.
