Terms of Service

BAGALEPA is a moderated private community platform created for verified members of the 22 Gam Leuva Patidar Samaj. By using BAGALEPA you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the service

• Use BAGALEPA only for lawful, respectful and community-safe purposes.
• Do not post abusive, misleading, hateful, violent, sexual, unlawful or objectionable content.
• BAGALEPA may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

2. Zero tolerance

We do not allow harassment, hate speech or threats, fake accounts or impersonation, sexual or violent content, spam, or unlawful content. Violations can lead to removal of content and suspension or permanent ban.

3. Moderation and reporting

You can report posts, profiles, comments, chats and behaviour inside the app, and mute or hide members. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours by moderators or administrators. Village admins and verified moderators help keep the community authentic and safe.

4. Accounts

Provide accurate profile information. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.

5. Cricket and live streaming

Organisers and members they allow may stream matches to YouTube from the app. You must have the right to stream what you film and follow the YouTube Terms of Service and community guidelines. Live streams may be recorded and shown in the app.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You allow BAGALEPA to store, show and share it inside the service so the community can see it.

7. Limitation of liability

BAGALEPA is provided "as is". We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from misuse of the platform or from content posted by users.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the new version.
